Greetings, fierce fashionistas. The Urban Dictionary defines this classic Yorkshire term (you go, Brits) as “Calm down!” Well, I’m feeling calm, but I’m not feeling Fall. Yet. It was 93 degrees in Jersey City yesterday! So it might just be this tropical jungle weather that’s got me feeling all tiger-y. (Yeah, not a real word, but it works.) Or, it might be WhoWhatWear x Target, the collection that’s killing it this season with all things animal print. (Excuse the non-PC pun, please.) Read on for all the details about what I’m wearing these days, especially this on-trend, tiger stripe top that’s an easy, versatile and affordable way to add this must-have print to your Fall wardrobe.

 

 

If you checked out my prior post, I hope you got some inspo when it comes to this season’s continuing love affair with animal prints and a slightly dressier, boho look. This outfit is all about ease and comfort. It’s also designed to transition from hot hot hot summer temps into the cooler days of Fall. 

While it’s still hovering in the 80s and above (climate change???), I’m pairing this ferociously fab top with jeans and sneakers. A no-brainer, right? You can elevate your look by the denim you choose (like these button-front, high-waisted flares) and a pair of designer sneakers. Add a fun bag and your own personalized stacking bangles, and you are ready to slay in the days ahead.

Then, when it finally cools off, add a cute, cozy cardigan, swap out those sneaks for booties, and grab a shoulder bag in cognac leather. 

Of course this tiger print top would punch up a pair of black jeans or pants. And how about a black pencil or pleated skirt? I could also see it with khaki or olive joggers. In fact, my head is full of outfit ideas. Hope yours is too.
