Falling for Florals

After four straight nights of amazing music, socializing and restaurants, I am racing to post this before midnight. I made two posts a week my goal so here goes. This look starts with this AMAZING dress that costs $36.99! Seriously!! It’s from the always need-to-shop Who What Wear collaboration with Target. Florals are big this Fall but some just look too Spring-y to me. This one is different. And I think it will still look fresh come Spring/Summer, especially with some strappy black sandals.

So seriously, I’m obsessed with this dress. I wore it last night with Valentino Rockstuds and my vintage Fendi baguette and got so many compliments. This dress is good to go for so many occasions. Including with OTK boots and a cardigan once the temperature (finally!) dips! (It was almost 80 degrees here today so that was not an option.) What’s so great about this dress is that it’s flowy and fitted all at once, with fluttery layers that move when you do. If I could salsa, this dress would be perfect for the dance floor! Or a Fall wedding. And like the entire Who What Wear collection, it comes in a full range of sizes from XS to 4X. How body confident is that! I believe it’s a dress that will look great on every woman who wears it. Bravo, WWW!

As for finishing off this look, I had an aha moment and realized these embroidered velvet booties from last year (and this post http://lifesaspritz.com/lbo-little-black-outfit/) are the perfect match — design and colorwise. At the last minute I grabbed this fringed black suede jacket from my closet. It’s been waiting for a windy day. Black tassel earrings…check. And this look was good to go.
