I don’t know if it’s coming off Valentine’s Day or hoping the Groundhog is right about an early Spring, but I’m thinking pink theses days. It’s a fun, pretty color that’s the perfect antidote to Winter’s head-to-toe black. But since we’re not out of the cold just yet…pink fleece pullover and a pink beanie are wear now options I’m wanting to add to my wardrobe.
Tartan has been trending all Fall long, and it looks to be holding strong all through the winter months ahead. As for finding deals and steals all I can say is “WINNING!” And by that I mean scoring great pieces I can wear now, into Spring, as well as next Fall and Winter. This past Sunday it was our typical round of chores before heading back to “reality” — dump run, Sugar House Creamery for milk, yogurt and more, plus a quick check in at one of our favorite local stores, Big Crow Trading. Must be in the air, because everywhere I looked I saw rainbows! Oh…and lots (and lots) of taxidermy. And I’m sure you noticed that Bowie wore his rainbow stripe sweater, too.
