Corduroy is a perennial Fall fabric, but this year it’s taking a more tailored turn. And jackets seem to be leading the way. That’s why this double-breasted one from the current Rowing Blazers x Target collab caught my eye. The collection has been wildly popular and in-store stock is pretty sparse, but you can still score some pieces online and on sale. Don’t wait.
I had a lot of fun pulling this look together, because it gave me a chance to style longtime wardrobe pieces in a fresh, fun way. Sticking to a neutral palette was key too.
Both this jacket and cropped high-waisted jeans step up the style quotient with polished details. For the jacket, that means classic brass buttons and flap pockets, for the jeans that means top-stitched patch pockets and rivets. I’ll take each of them into winter by layering a cashmere sweater underneath the jacket and paring the jeans with booties like these.
I mixed my “cats” with a tiger motif tee and leopard-patterned Mary Janes, and stuck to warm buttery tones for my belt and beloved bag. I wish Tory Burch would re-issue it!

Looking gawgious.
Fab outfit and setting.
That jacket is gone girl
In both colors all sizes. You snagged it.
Thanks, girl! Like I said, that collab was flying out of the stores. I just went online and some sizes in both colors are still available. For reference, I’m wearing an M. Click on the link!
Make no mistake- corduroy is comfortable, hence cozy, as are the high-waisted jeans. And I love the cream. It’s such a clean color that brings to mind unmistakable great fashion, a tone that’s a little unexpected for Fall. Super!
Love this comment. Thank you! I’m feeling cream, too. So I’m sure you’ll be seeing these pieces again.
