I had wanted to post this look as Easter outfit inspiration, but we spent the entire weekend non-stop Spring Cleaning our cabin in the Adirondacks. So this fresh, feminine polka dot dress and my neon colored accessories (think Peeps!) will have their day in the warm-weather days ahead.
Navy is always a classic but add in the pop of neon green, and this polka dot dress becomes a scene stealer. Its fitted-and-flared silhouette skims the body and is ultra-flattering. Love the flutter sleeves, too! It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say this polka dot dress has unlimited potential — from a garden party to a wedding to brunch to church to work to, well, you get the idea. With this dress, you definitely get the fashion mileage to take your warm-weather wardrobe far.
The nearly naked sandal is already one of Spring/Summer 2019’s footwear favorites. For sure, your feet need to be pedicure perfect to show them off, but I for one never say no to that kind of pampering. Crafted in neon green snake, these strappy sandals scream of-the-moment style in all the right ways. And their not-too-high kitten heel means you can actually walk in them, not to mention stand comfortably for hours.
How about this charming floral necklace? It is such a chic, colorful piece, almost the cherry on top for this outfit. Beautifully detailed and versatile, it’s also ridiculously affordable. I plan on putting it into serious rotation in the months ahead.
Last but least, let’s talk about this neon woven mini bag. I spotted it during our stroll through the Usequen Market in Bogatá. There were endless size variations and color combinations — all appealing — but this little baby said “buy me!” And I did.
I hope you had a Happy Easter, Passover or whatever you and yours celebrate. Cheers to Spring finally getting here!

Love those shoes! I’m going to look for them on my next Zara trip!
They are fun! I think the green is sold out online but florescent pink is still available. Sometimes you do have better luck in store. Happy hunting!
The dress is very pretty and looks lovely on you. It’s beautiful how you paired it with the sandals and necklace. That bag is really cute too.

Thanks so much, Yvonne. It was a fun look to put together.
That necklace makes me wish I hadn’t donated so much of my mom’s beautiful ersatz, superior quality jewelry. Just like clothing, with every fashion cycle things come back and vintage is always the coolest!
I love vintage too. And while this necklace just has the look of it, I do treasure (and try to wear!) the pieces I was given by my Mother or Grandmother.
