Thinking Pink!

This rose pink maxi dress is seriously my favorite find for this summer…and beyond. (I plan to layer a black turtleneck underneath and add black booties come Fall.) This color is flattering to every skin tone! Truly!! Just for fun, I wore this exact outfit to a VERY BIG beach party, and so many women said they LOVED the color. I am normally not a big fan of PINK, but I’m making a major exception for this maxi dress! Maybe you should too?

Before Fall Fashion posting takes over, let’s celebrate Summer dressing. And I think this pale pink maxi does a stellar job of that. Don’t hate me…it’s sold out. (My Bad.) But, I’ve included links to some amazing alternatives below.

Aside from its gorgeous color, the things I loved most about this dress were its fitted and flounced silhouette, the ruffle details, and a neckline you can leave loose and open or pussy bow tied. Pink perfection!

What’s so great when you wear a maxi dress, or any dress for that matter, is that you can truly streamline your accessories. I reached for these twinkling rose gold earrings and bangle right away. My pink straw clutch is a seasons old J. Crew sale score. But my Valentino Rockstud Flip Flops are new new new and rocking every Fashionista’s Insta grid. Sure, they are a a splurge, as in the MOST EXPENSIVE FLIP FLOPS I WILL EVER BUY, but they are beyond perfection. I seriously could wear them every day. And did recently in Martha’s Vineyard. Unlike typical flip flops, they really are cushiony and pretty supportive. If you’re thinking you need to spoil yourself, these might be your excuse!

Dress: (Banana Republic, sold out) Short version here (in Tall and Petite, too.). How gorgeous is this (at 50% off!) and this crazy affordable stunner.

Earrings & Bracelet: (old) Similar here, here, here, and here.

Clutch: (J. Crew, old) Loving this (will be great for Fall, too!), this (on super sale!) and this (also on super sale!!).

Shoes: (Valentino Jelly Thong) You could fool me with these or treat me to these!

    1. Thanks, Suzy. I wish I had posted sooner so this dress was still available. But, I too love the Mango one!
