Mocha Chocolata Ya Ya

Another timeless trend that emerged during this cycle of Fashion Weeks was a love for the color brown in its entire spectrum — from dark chocolate to mocha to buttery honey to creamy camel. I’ve always been drawn to this calming, grounded palette, so I’m pretty pleased to see it come around once again.

With a full Harvest Moon high in the sky, Fall is fast upon us. But with temps staying in the mid 70s, it’s going to be hard to let go of Summer. Covid Catwalk

Do you know why they call it “The Catwalk?” The term is derived from the way models walk, which is similar to a cat. Meow, if you say so. It’s also the platform these show-stopping women (and men) walk on. In my case, I’m no professional, and my elevated platform was a cement walkway in one of the grittier corners of my neighborhood. But when a cat’s gotta walk, a cat’s gotta walk!
